What EduPulse actually does

This list is limited to capabilities that exist in the application. It does not invent modules.

Attendance

Present, late, unjustified absence, and justified absence follow the existing session-charge rules.

Enrolment, identity cards, search, and per-group session credit.

Compensation models, entitlements, and payout allocation.

Staff records, attendance, and payroll periods.

Payments consume sessions. Balance is payment minus the charge ledger — not a second stored total.

Teacher payouts and worker salaries are recorded operations, not silent corrections.

Groups, rooms, and a timetable board. Over-capacity rooms ask for confirmation.

Operational reports from the same ledgers used in daily work.

The centre database is SQLite on the computer. Work continues without the internet.

Optional annual add-on. Verified full copies, quota, grace, and restore with confirmation.
