Does EduPulse need the internet?

Daily work runs on the local computer. The internet is needed for licence activation, Cloud Backup uploads, and optional sync.

Is Cloud Backup included with Pro?

No. Pro and Pro Max can add Cloud Backup as a separate annual subscription.

How much Cloud Backup storage is included?

Each school receives 10 GB, shared by every device of that school. Contact Saber CSE if you need more.

What happens if Cloud Backup expires?

New uploads stop. Existing cloud copies are kept for one calendar month. After that grace period they are removed from Saber CSE cloud storage. Data on your computers is not deleted.

Can I restore from Cloud Backup?

Yes. In Backup & Restore, list cloud copies for this computer, download a selected copy, verify it, then restore with confirmation. The live database is copied aside first.
